Allowing ICON Property Management to take over these ongoing responsibilities will allow you to benefit from your investment without sacrificing your time.

Our property management team will begin working for you the day you sign the contract and it will go for a full 12 months. It will be automatically renewed for a 12 month term, each renewal period.
We will perform an interior/exterior inspection upon your written request.
We have a separate leasing division within our property management company that has more than 20 years’ experience with leasing properties. We will distribute via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) on the 30th of each month to the bank account you set up with your property manager at the on-boarding process of your portfolio. The EFT will take anywhere from 3-5 days to reach your bank account. Reports will be available in your Owner Portal at the same time.
Yes. You will set up your unique username and password to be able to access your reports at all times.
